Library Lane Senior Residence is an entirely brick building. All floors are concrete,with the walls composed of steel studs, sound proofing materials, and thick drywall, insuring privacy and quiet.

Each unit has its' own sprinkler system, open-air patio or balcony and all units are handicapped adaptable. A locked entrance with an easy to operate phone link-up allows visitors to be screened. There a two elevators in the building and a common area laundry facility, with state-of-the-art washers and dryers located on the first floor.
