Library Lane Senior Residence is a privately owned community developed under the Federal Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program.

We are monitored by both the Federal Government and by the Illinois Housing Development Authority to insure that our rents will remain "affordable" by state guidelines for at least 30 years.
